A Transaction Hash (TXID) is a unique ID assigned to every blockchain transaction. You may need it when contacting support about a missing deposit or to track your transfer on a block explorer.
Where to find your TXID:
From a Crypto Wallet (e.g. Trust Wallet, MetaMask):
- Open your wallet and go to Transaction History.
- Tap the transaction you sent to OSbet.
- The TXID (also called Transaction Hash or Tx Hash) will be displayed. Tap to copy it.
From an Exchange (e.g. Binance, OKX):
- Go to Wallet → Transaction History or Withdrawal History.
- Find the withdrawal you sent to OSbet.
- Click the transaction to expand details — the TXID will be listed there.
How to verify using a block explorer:
Paste your TXID into the relevant block explorer to check its confirmation status:
- TRC20 (TRON): tronscan.org
- ERC20 (Ethereum): etherscan.io
- BEP20 (BSC): bscscan.com
