I Have a Missing Deposit (Troubleshooting)

If your deposit hasn't appeared in your OSbet balance, don't panic — here's how to troubleshoot it step by step.

Step 1: Check the blockchain status

Find your TXID from your wallet or exchange, then paste it into the relevant block explorer (e.g. tronscan.org for TRC20, etherscan.io for ERC20). Check if the transaction is confirmed.

  • Pending / Unconfirmed: Wait for the network to confirm the transaction. This can take a few minutes to an hour depending on network congestion.
  • Confirmed: Proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Verify the deposit address and network

Check that you sent funds to the correct OSbet deposit address and on the correct network. Sending to the wrong address or using a different network than selected cannot be reversed.

Step 3: Check minimum deposit requirements

Make sure the amount you sent meets the minimum deposit threshold for the selected network. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited automatically.

Step 4: Contact Live Support

If the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the address is correct, and the amount is above the minimum — contact our Live Support and provide:

  • Your OSbet User ID
  • The TXID (Transaction Hash)
  • The network used (e.g. TRC20, ERC20)
  • The amount sent
